We need as much information as possible so readers can schedule a visit to your event and make arrangements to get there. If possible, please fill out all fields in this form. We must be able to verify the event from the information that you provide.

If your event has already begun, leave the start field blank but fill in the ending date. If your event last only one day, fill in only the start date and check the appropriate box.

To assure that you are a human being, we've added a security check. Type in the dark letters you see scattered in the image at left into the security key box. (You can refresh the page for new characters if we've done too good a job at scrambling.)

All submissions are reviewed by a real live human being on our staff. We reserve the right to edit the information you provide for brevity, style, or other reason. Submiting an event does not guarantee that it will appear in the magazine (we don't have space to include them all) but if you don't tell us about your event, your chances are much smaller that it will appear in print.
