Susan Skinner has been working in clay for nearly 30 years. The historical roots of her designs provide a rich tapestry from which she draws inspiration. English, French, German, and American pots of old speak to her of a traditional line of craftsmen who labored daily to provide a community with not only functional but beautiful, whimsical, artful objects.
Skinner also loves time in her kayak, fishing, and watching birds.
