Heirloom Sources | The International Lilac Society was
formed in 1971 to stimulate interest in
the genus Syringa and to promote its
use in public and private landscaping.
Among its goals are to assist nurseries
in providing the most desirable lilac
cultivars and specimens, to maintain
disease-free lilac stock, and to
accurately identify lilac hybrids and
cultivars.
