The Humble and Elegant Blanket


Museums and local historical societies often have wonderful collections of historic blankets. Among the former are the American Textile History Museum in Lowell, Massachusetts, George Washington’s Mount Vernon in Virginia, and the New York State Historical Association in Cooperstown.
