David Eldreth received his BFA degree from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 1967 with a focus in painting. He took ceramics classes at West Chester University to earn his Master’s, and at that time he discovered a new passion for pottery.
Since that time he founded and established Eldreth Pottery in Oxford, Pennsylvania. Today, he along with more 30 talented artists create each beautiful piece that is true to its early American heritage.
The entry deadline for the 2023 Directory of
Traditional American Crafts has passed. We are now processing entries and submitting
them to our jurors. We will contract entrants after the jurors have made ther decisions.
