Lynn Murray and Anne Thornton-Trump are sisters. When they decided to retire and combine their households, they never suspected how how drastically their lives would change—they would become holiday artists. Together they bought a 20-year collection of original Santa molds and went into business. They haven't looked back.
Former medical librarian, Anne, brought skills of research and organization to the business. She is largely responsible for the prep work on each unique Christmas piece.
Lynn is an author and photographer and has spent thirty years traveling to Europe and escorting tour groups of doll and Christmas collectors. She does most of the painting and the sewing.
The sisters have a wealth of childhood memories and family traditions to draw from in addition to the knowledge they have gained in their travels to Thuringia, where the Santas originated. Their Santas are made with the same techniques and quality of handwork as the originals. Their goal is to offer holiday pieces that will blend seamlessly into a collection of antiques or an Early American interior.
